- We provide a 1-year warranty on parts and a 180-day warranty on labor, unless stated otherwise.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, improper installation by third parties, or unauthorized repairs.

- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the appliance.
- Be available at the scheduled service time.

- Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Customers may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.
- Missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the service call charge.

- You may not use our website for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities.
